How it works?

  1. Choose Your Block

    The first step is to choose your block. Speak with our dedicated sales consultant to help you find the one that's right for you. The agent will match your requirements to best suit what we have available.

  2. Place a Holding Deposit

    Placing a holding deposit will secure you block while you take some time to do things like organise your finance, speak to builders or plan your house warming! Holding deposits are generally a non-refundable nominal fee. They provide you with the security of knowing your block will not be sold to anyone else until you exchange contracts.

  3. Exchange Contracts

    Once you have decided that you want to buy a block of land, or one of our house and land packages, you will fill in a sales advice with our sales consultant. The sales advice triggers the contract for sale to be prepared. Once we have received the signed contract from you, as instructed by your solicitor or conveyencer, we sign the contract. The contract is then known as being exchanged. Generally the balance of the deposit to 10% of the purchase price is paid by the purchaser at the time of exchange.

  4. Settlement

    If you have bought land that is unregistered, settlement usually occurs 2 weeks after the land has registered. Your sales consultant will let you know when the land is expected to register when you fill in the sales advice. If your land or house and land package is already registered, settlement usually occurs 6 weeks after you have exchanged contracts. At settlement, the balance of the purchase price is paid by the purchaser, and the title is transferred into ownership of the new purchaser. It is time to celebrate!
